This empowers individuals to better understand their current situation whilst avoiding judgement from their inner critic.
As a podcast host, facilitator and youtuber, I've had the privilege of interviewing over 200 leaders to chat about their insights on life, career and business.
This, along with my own academic pursuits and journey living through and overcoming burnout, anxiety and depression helped me to identify these 5 key ingredients to success.
