Step 1: Innovate

She showed her audience step-by-step exactly what she was doing, provided real estate valuations, filmed the open day and recorded the sale live for undeniable PROOF.

Step 2: Gain Credibility

Credibility does not come with age, maturity or 20 years in a profession, it comes from getting real-time results that are either monetary or in some other way life-changing. To become a credible expert, master your skills, get results and testimonials. Build trust. Do this by gently by continually creating content that speaks to your ideal audience. On average it takes 5-13 times in front of your target to earn their trust.

Step 3: Prove your authority

Create valuable pieces of content that people want to share. This isn't to feed your ego but to provide value that solves a problem. Here's what will happen when you share valuable content - you'll be asked to join podcasts (like this one) get media stories and all of a sudden you become the hunted - not the hunter.

Step 4: Educate

Show your audience you know what they need and educate them - to crack your first 6-figure's (or even your next 6 figures!) you know you must create a different way. And it's not by working hard.

Step 5. Create your online training program

Now it's time to create your premium program! This is about creating an expert authority business without burning yourself out. You don't need to try to figure everything out on your own or even be particularly good with technology. When you get to this point it's about creating a system.
